Are Kleengel products effective on viruses?

YES and NO.

YES. Hand washing with soap and water is THE most effective hygiene measure to prevent the transmission of ALL winter viruses. Why wash your hands? Some "germs" (a generic term for microbes such as viruses and bacteria) can easily be spread by touching another person. You can also come into contact with germs if you touch contaminated objects or surfaces before touching your face (mouth, eyes and nose).

Which products are available on the website ?

All Kleengel products are available online. However, if your desired product is momentarily out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart.

How can I modify my shipping address ?

By default, your shipping address will be the same as your billing address.
During checkout, you can modify your shipping address.
If you have an account, you can also create and modify your address in your notebook. 
You cannot modify your shipping address once the order has been confirmed.



Can I ship my order at a different address than my home address?

By logging into your Kleengel account you access your address book which allows you to register a delivery address other than the billing address. When placing the order, all you have to do is select the billing and delivery addresses. The package will be delivered to the address indicated with a Delivery Note without price. You will receive an e-mail of the dispatch slip containing the details of your order.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3pm ET will be shipped day-of. Orders placed after 3pm ET will be shipped the next day.

Orders usually take 2-3 business days to be delivered.
